We were not sure at first whether Optimise Management's services would have been much use to us. As is was a free service we took the chance to see whether they could really save us time and money on our workplace spends. Charlotte visited us and accessed what employees were looking after what areas of purchasing, suppliers we were using, policies, procedures and discussed ideally how we would like to see this being managed going forward.
I was pleasantly surprised that within a month we no longer having to deal with our print ordering, gas and electricity contracts and suppliers and all aspects of training. Usually these services require a great deal of going back and forth with suppliers. All this has now been removed, allowing my staff and myself to get on with more important jobs. All jobs so far have arrived on time and below budget.
I find it really reassuring that if we were to have any IT issues, electrical issues or need any administration or project support all I have to do is give them a call. It is like having your purchasing/problem solving team for free. I would definitely recommend this company to businesses that do not have their own purchasing team.
